The Certificate of Landscape Design is a  professional development program that will provide you with garden design skills and techniques to pursue a passion or jump-start your career or business in this field.

In this landscape design and architecture course, you will learn about pre-planning, how to make landscape drawings, how different garden styles are created and the components that make up a garden to create visual effects.This certificate course offered at SCAAD College also aim at equiping the learner with neccessary skills and knowledge that will enable him/her to be indepent in his or her filed of study.The students  will also learn about making walls and other hard landscape surfaces, how to add garden features, and how to design small and large landscapes.It is a foundational Course.

Mode oF Study

There are two methods of study at scaad college . The student can attend claases physically (offline classes) or Online/distance learning classes.

KCSE D plain and above

Course Duration

This course takes a duration of 3 terms and an internship. The student must complete the coursework inorder for him or her to proceed for attachment.
