Our Story: The Journey of SCAAD College

Sanuk College of Arts and Design (SCAAD) began its inspiring journey in 2023 with a bold vision: to create a practical, skills-driven institution that would empower students in the fields of art, design, and technology. With only two pioneering students and a deep commitment to excellence, SCAAD opened its doors with humility, determination, and purpose.

From its modest beginnings, SCAAD focused on what truly matters—hands-on training, mentorship, creativity, and industry relevance. The college invested in small classes, passionate tutors, and real-world learning experiences, ensuring that every student felt seen, supported, and challenged.

As word spread about the college’s unique approach and its commitment to quality, the SCAAD community began to grow steadily. Within just a short time, SCAAD expanded its course offerings, upgraded its facilities, and became officially registered and accredited by TVETA and recognized as a TVET CDACC Assessment Centre.

Today, SCAAD proudly serves over 200 students from across the country—learners who are pursuing programs in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, ICT, Caregiving, Visual Arts, and more. Our classrooms are vibrant, our studios are buzzing with creativity, and our students are shaping bold futures.

What began with just two learners has now become a thriving hub of talent, innovation, and opportunity. Yet, we remain grounded in our founding mission:
