1. Manage Project Documentation (30 Hours)

Learn how to create, organize, store, and monitor essential project documents. This includes contract files, drawings, BOQs, site diaries, reports, correspondence, and compliance records. Students gain skills in documentation standards, version control, and professional reporting formats.

2. Engage Project Stakeholders (20 Hours)

Master effective communication and engagement strategies for working with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This unit enhances negotiation skills, conflict resolution, stakeholder mapping, expectation management, and communication protocols used in project environments.

3. Inspect Project Works (40 Hours)

Gain hands-on skills in supervising and inspecting work on-site to ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and quality standards. Trainees learn how to identify defects, measure progress, enforce safety requirements, verify materials, and prepare inspection reports.

4. Manage Project Information (30 Hours)

Develop competencies in collecting, analyzing, and updating project information using digital tools and standard project management formats. Learn how to track budgets, schedules, resources, variations, and risks while maintaining accurate site data.

5. Prepare Project Implementation Report

Learn how to develop clear, professional, and comprehensive project reports, including progress summaries, financial status, challenges, risks, solutions, and recommendations. This unit prepares learners to present updates confidently to management, clients, and oversight teams.
